So anyone currently on the East Coast knows it’s been raining pretty much non-stop for the past few days and it looks like there’s no end in sight. I had one really sunny day here in Bar Harbor and then no sunshine for the past three days. No way its going to dampen my outdoorsy spirit, as a matter of fact hiking in the inclement weather the past few days has been exceptionally beautiful.
The gateway to Acadia NP is Bar Harbor a quaint costal Maine town with great restaurants, shops and every type of water-based activity you can think of. All in all it’s one of my favorite places in the United States, so far anyway. Here are some photos from the past three days of hiking.
I think you and ducks are the only ones enjoying this dismal weather we’re having.
I’d rather it were sunny don’t get me wrong, but since it ain’t I’m doing the whole lemonade out of lemons thing!
You are always the glass half FULL! Love that about you. Hopefully Bangor has some gaps in the rain. Enjoy!
